First Floor:
Large hall entrance (great for confining wet gear, boots, etc.), full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with private full bathrooms (geared for optimum privacy), powder room, family room, TV/Stereo/VCR.

Second Floor - MAIN LIVING AREA.
Master bedroom has a walk-out deck with mountainview. The master bedroom is furnished with custom made pine furniture, a lot of elegance and country charm and is complete with a high quality queen size bed, dressers, mirrors etc. Full ensuite with jacuzzi tub, granite countertops and heated tile flooring.

Further down the hall you will find a beautifully layed out full sized gourmet kitchen, with fIr cabinets and top of the line appliances, heated tile flooring, granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances and condiments. The grand dining area seats 10 - 12 and overlooks the 14th hole at Nicklaus North.

The Great Room is a wonderful conversation area with lots of seating, TV, Stereo, VCR - overlooking the fairway as well.

The hot tub is situated on the deck facing the golf course for night time privacy. There is also a large powder room on this level.

Our home has a western exposure bringing lots of eastern morning sun to the front of the home and bright sunshine to the rear of the home all day. It has tons of light, and looks onto Nicklaus North Golf Course. The home has full laundry facilities as well as a barbecue on the patio.

Each deck is on opposite corners of the home, thus giving you magnificent views.

Terms and Conditions

• Minimum stay 2 nights (3 nights on holidays or long weekends)
• $200 deposit upon booking
• Valid credit card number or full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellations

• No charge if canceled within 48 hr of booking
• $25 handling fee for early cancellations (more than 30 days prior)
• No refund if canceled less than 30 days before arrival date, unless the unit can be rebooked
