Abstract submissions will be accepted beginning in November, 2008. At this time, the full abstract guidelines and submission instructions will be posted.
Preparation of Abstract
Prepare your abstract in word processing software such as MS Word, or WordPerfect. Do not use presentation software such as PowerPoint. The abstract should clearly outline the work that will be presented at the 6th International Chicago Lymphoma Symposium in 2009, and should be original material, not previously presented.
Abstracts must be submitted in English, and should be no more than 350 words (not including title and authors). Tables and graphics are permitted if required, but each data table or graphic will count as 75 words against the 350-word total.
The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, February 13, 2009 (5:00 pm PST). The results of the peer review are expected to be available by Thursday, February 26, 2009. The submitting author will be notified of the review results by email. Subsequent correspondence will be with the presenting author(s). If you have not received a notice by March 15, 2009, please check the status of your abstract by emailing the Conference Secretariat.
