Registration Information

We are pleased to announce that the 8th International Symposium on Pediatric Pain will be held March 7-11, 2010 in Acapulco, Mexico at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess. 

REGISTRATION/ACCOMMODATION:
Delegates registered and booked at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess for the Symposium will have their registration and bookings automatically transferred from the June 2009 dates to the March 2010 dates. Cancellations will be accepted until February 5, 2010 and all fees refunded, less a $100 USD administrative fee.

We hope that your other commitments at that time will enable your participation, and help us make a success of the 8th International Symposium on Pediatric Pain.

* Trainees/** Students: MUST state the name of the Institution where they are studying or working. As well, Trainees/Students are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2009/2010 Student ID from the Institution where they are studying/working indicating proof of their Trainee/Student status. Please fax this Registration Form to +1 604 681 1049 along with proof of Trainee/Student status or mail to the Symposia Secretariat at the address below. Registration will not be processed without receipt of this documentation.

*** Developing Nations: The registered delegate must reside in a developing nation to receive the discounted developing nations rate. Proof of address may be requested.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing via Email with confirmation of delegate requirements according to the submitted Registration Form and upon receipt of full payment.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ISPP Secretariat’s address by February 5, 2010 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $100 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after February 5, 2010 will not be refunded. However transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.  A completed Registration Form for the new person must be faxed or mailed to the Symposium Secretariat prior to the Symposium, explaining who is being replaced.  DO NOT USE THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THIS PROCEDURE. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium.

In the unlikely event that ISPP 2010 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
