The Conference Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the Conferences organized by him/herself. From the beginning of a project to final reporting, this position requires that total satisfaction of the client is provided as well as enhancing the professional image of International Conference Services. The Conference Manager gives direction and implements all the standards and duties described in the Meeting Professional International Meeting Manager Manual.

If you have successfully managed conferences from start to finish within budget and on time, and are looking to expand your career internationally, we would like to hear from you.
To be successful, you must have five to ten years of conference and management experience - preferably in an independent conference management company. You are a highly skilled project manager who develops realistic plans and goals to ensure timelines are met. Your business savvy extends to complete customer satisfaction; you’ve been recognized for your willingness to go the extra mile when required. Broadly skilled, you are an effective people manager who nurtures a positive team environment.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
