Due to the ship crossing Canadian and US boarders, all delegates are required to provide information in order to satisfy security and immigration requirements for both countries: In order to register you will need the following information: Legal Names Citizenship Date of Birth Passport Number If you are residing in a different country than the origin of your passport Alien Registration Immigration Permit Number

**Student Registration includes shared accommodations with another student. Students will be asked to indicate the name of the person they would like to share their stateroom with and if no name is given, the organizers will match them up with a compatible student.**

Registration includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, meals, some beverages, entertainment, Las Vegas style Casino and Broadway style shows aboard the vessel including complimentary 24-hour in-stateroom dining.

Inside Stateroom: Features two convertible lower beds - 171 sq. ft. (15.9 sq. m). This stateroom is included in the Registration fee as per above.

The cruise price does not include air transportation, transfers or items of a personal nature, such as shore excursions, some beverages, photographs, gratuities, medical services, etc.

The following are Stateroom upgrades that delegates are welcomed to take advantage of during this cruise. Limited number of upgrades are available and are based on a first come, first serve basis.

Deluxe Ocean View:  Features a window, two convertible lower beds, sitting area and VCR -172 sq. ft. (15.9 sq. m) Upgrade to this stateroom for $750.00 USD.

Concierge Class:

Concierge Class: Features floor-to-ceiling glass-paneled door, two lower beds convertible to queen-size, sofa bed with sitting area with VCR and a 42 sq ft. (3.9 sq. m) private veranda -172 sq. ft. (15.9 sq. m) Upgrade to this stateroom for $2,500.00 USD.

Accompanying Person Program: $700.00
