Due to the ship crossing Canadian and US boarders all delegates are required to provide information in order to satisfy security and immigration requirements for both countries: In order to register you will need the following information: Legal Names Citizenship Date of Birth Passport Number If you are residing in a different country than the origin of your passport Alien Registration Immigration Permit Number

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
If you are paying by Credit Card and the Card Holder Name is different from the Registered Delegate Name, you are required to provide a Credit Card Authorization form completed by the Card Holder together with a copy of the front and back of the Credit Card. **Student Registration includes shared accommodations with another student. Students will be asked to indicate the name of the person they would like to share their stateroom with and if no name is given the organizers will match them up with a compatible student.

Registration includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, meals, some beverages, entertainment, Las Vegas style Casino and Broadway style shows aboard the vessel including complimentary 24-hour in-stateroom dining.

Inside Stateroom: Features two convertible lower beds - 171 sq. ft. (15.9 sq. m). This stateroom is included in the Registration fee as per above.

The cruise price does not include air transportation, transfers or items of a personal nature, such as shore excursions, some beverages, photographs, gratuities, medical services, etc.
