REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellations received in writing to the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children by May 31 , 2009 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $100 CAD administrative fee. Cancellations received between May 31 , 2009 and July 1, 2009 will be eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the fees paid. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that WCGTC 2009 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
