WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The 12th World Conference on Lung Cancer will be one of the
largest international gatherings of clinicians and scientists in the lung
cancer field. Those interested in the many problems associated with lung
cancer, including surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists,
pulmonologists, radiologists, pathologists, epidemiologist, basic
research scientists and allied health professionals are all encouraged to attend this Conference.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

The official language of the 12th World Conference on Lung Cancer is English.

ON-SITE SERVICES

The Registration & Information desk will be available to assist delegates with any questions regarding the Conference. The Registration & Information Desk will be located in the Grand Ballroom Pre-Function area, which is located on the 1st Floor near the North Gate Entrance of
the COEX Convention Centre.

INTERNET CAFÉ

The 12th WCLC Exhibition will feature two Internet Café areas. Multi-lingual computer terminals with high-speed internet access will be available to
WCLC delegates at no charge; a limited number of machines will have access to printers. Please be considerate of other delegates and limit your time to a maximum of 10 minutes per visit. If you have your own personal laptop, wireless internet is also available within the internet café areas. The internet café staff will be pleased to assist you, should you have any questions.

Thursday 09:30 – 13:00

LOCAL CELL PHONE RENTALS

During the conference week, SK Telecom will be located in Exhibit Booth #904 offering rentals of local cell phones to visitors to Seoul. Reservations can be made in advance (however, not necessary) on the SK Telecom website at http://www.skroaming.com/en/main.asp. Cell Phones can be picked up upon arrival at Incheon International Airport at the T ROAMING Center.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in the Conference Venue. The city of Seoul has public health regulations that prevent smoking in public buildings, on public transport and in ALL restaurants. Certain bars have designated smoking areas.

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organizers of the 12th World Conference on
Lung Cancer will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. The organizing committee will not accept liability for
personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference or during any tours.

LETTER OF INVITATION FOR VISA POLICY

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the 12th World Conference on Lung Cancer will be issued ONLY after the Registration Form and full payment have been received.

PASSPORT, VISA AND BORDER-CROSSING INFORMATION

Entering Korea
Any foreign visitor wishing to enter the Republic of Korea should have a valid passport and a visa. Visitors for sightseeing or transit with confirmed outbound tickets may stay in Korea up to 30 days without a visa, except
Stateless Persons and Nationals of such countries or regions as follows: Albania, Aremenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Cambodia, China, Cuba, Georgia, Ghana, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
