Submit Abstract via the online submission form
The research work submitted should be original, innovative and should not have been presented elsewhere. Abstracts must be in English and contain a maximum of 500 words. A data table may be included where required, but will count as 100 words against the 500 word total. A maximum of 2 image files may also be included, but each image will count as 100 words against the 500 word total.
All abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be published in the Journal of Thoracic Oncology, and submission of an abstract implies consent by the authors to have the abstract published by that journal.
The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts, and will determine if an abstract is to be presented orally, by poster, or by publication only. Abstracts failing to meet minimum standards or are not relevant to this conference will be declined. Authors may submit multiple abstracts, but usually an individual will not be offered more than one oral presentation.
Please submit your Abstract via the online submission form. Presenting Authors of Accepted Abstracts are required to register for the Conference. Please take advantage of the early registration fee by submitting your registration by Friday, June 1, 2007.
Authors of submitted abstracts will be informed of the Abstract Review Committee’s decision by May 2007.
Late Breaking Privileges
The Conference will allow late breaking submission privileges to studies in Phase III Trials, where the trial data will not be available by the March 15, 2007 submission deadline, but is expected to be available by June 1, 2007. If you meet this criterion, and wish late breaking privileges, click the button to say Yes. You will be sent an email with instructions on submitting the updated data.
